Net Fee Calculation
All reported returns are net of fees and incorporate the following:
5% Annual Tax Drag (Applied Monthly): A 5% annual tax drag is deducted monthly at a rate of 5% ÷ 12 from gross returns. This adjustment estimates the tax friction of an actively traded strategy compared to a passive buy-and-hold approach. Because the tax drag is applied before monthly returns compound, its cumulative impact over time is greater than a simple 5% annual reduction, resulting in lower long-term net returns.

Performance-Based Carried Interest
A maximum 20% carried interest is assessed only if Vectr’s net monthly return exceeds that of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY). SPY performance is measured using month-start to month-end closing prices, excluding dividends.
If Vectr underperforms SPY in a given month, the carried interest is reduced until either:

1.    Vectr’s net return exceeds SPY’s return, in which case carry is assessed at the appropriately reduced rate, or
2.    The reduction eliminates the carry entirely, resulting in no carry being charged for that period.

This ensures that carried interest is only assessed when net returns to investors outperform SPY.

Methodology and Limitations
•    Cumulative performance figures exclude tax distributions but reflect the compounding effect of the 5% tax drag.
•    Benchmark comparisons are based on price returns (excluding dividends) of SPY and NASDAQ (QQQ).
•    Performance data does not account for individual tax circumstances or external fund-related expenses.
